I had the privilege to be part of a creative team developing this unique sonic installation written by Shannon Yee. The piece was developed with binaural technology at the Sonic Arts Research Centre with input from a medical team through funding from the Wellcome Trust.

Reassembled Slightly Askew is an autobiographical, audio-based immersive artwork about acquired brain injury and the process of recovery.  Audiences experience Reassembled… via headphones, while lying on hospital beds wearing eye masks.

For more information about the piece go to: https://themaclive.com/shows/reassembled-slightly-askew

Nominated for 3 Dublin Fringe Awards 2017. It continues to tour nationally and internationally.

A full length interview with me and Shannon about the dramaturgical journey and process of Reassembled Slightly Askew will be available shortly at the Aural/Oral Dramaturgies project website.
